Mini Bae Ldn Ltd is the seller of every product purchased on this website.
KONG is a product brand and manufacturer, not the seller. These terms and all policies for payment, delivery, returns, refunds and exchanges are Mini Bae policies and are not KONG policies.

Payment
Payment is due when an order is placed. Available payment methods and the final amount, including delivery charges, are shown at checkout before an order is submitted. An order is accepted only when Mini Bae confirms acceptance.
Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated timings are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where circumstances outside Mini Bae’s reasonable control apply.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Eligibility, time limits, exclusions and the process for returns and refunds are described in our Returns Policy. Mini Bae does not currently offer direct exchanges: return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item. Requests are handled by Mini Bae. KONG does not administer or determine these policies.

We aim to keep product information accurate. Product availability may change before checkout is completed. Products marked “Coming Soon” are displayed for preview only and cannot be ordered.
