- Payment information: card payments are processed by Square. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Grooming details: appointment times and information about your pet that you choose to share.
- Technical information: security and session data needed to run the website and protect it from abuse.
How we use it and why
- To process and deliver your orders and handle returns and refunds (to perform our contract with you).
- To manage grooming appointments (to perform our contract with you).
- To send order, account sign-in and appointment emails (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep accounting and tax records (to comply with our legal obligations).
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure (our legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business:
